Wish Granted!

Well, I got my wish and the Raptors are going to square off against the Nets in the first round…..Damn. I am a mixed bag of emotions right now. I am excited about all the achievements from this season, pumped about the possibility of sticking it to Carter and so nervous about what could happen. I won’t be able to take seeing that smug look on Vince’s face if they win this series; you know the one I am talking about. It is that look that makes every Raptors fan want to pimp-smack him in the back of his balding head.

A friend of mine made a very good point today after listening to the morning radio shows; why are Raptors fans so scared? We are the number 3 seed, we were the best team in the East after the All-star break and we are flat out better than they are. That said; I am still nervous. The Carter factor is too much to over look. No matter how much I hate him, no matter how much I boo him and break my Carter voodoo dolls knees, he is still very good.

I am going to stick by my Raptors and predict that they win this series in 6 games. Bosh is going to be huge and I think that Anthony Parker is going to do a great job on Vince. Rebounding is going to be key in this series and I hope that Mitchell sticks with Humphries. He will be able to push around an undersized Nets front court and force them to play physical series. Let’s face it, if he can take a little bit of pressure off Bosh, grab 8-10 boards and dunk the ball 3-5 times a game it will be a job well done.

We are going to try to do a live blog during these games which should be very entertaining. You can expect a lot of Carter hating, Raptor loving and random facts so stay tuned for more!

Did you see how many times this guy gets blocked? lets just hope he sticks with rebounding and getting garbage points. SO SAYS IN THE GOOD BOOK, THE OFFENCE SHALT NOT RUN THRU THINE HANDS OF HUMP.

I don t think the nets have a small front court....a deficient one, yes, but not small.

HAVE FUN AT THE GAME, AND GET ME A HOFFA JERSEY !

Yes, he gets blocked, but he brings more than Rasho and Bargnani just doesn't have his shot yet. Humphries is a lot bigger than Mikki Moore and the fact the Jason Collins is still on an NBA team is disgusting.

They really missed Garbo and Graeme was just terrible....more about that today

We saw the 'bad' Joey on Saturday. (When the bad Joey comes to play, the opposition doesn't bother to cover him on the offensive end.)

Jitters folks, thats all it was.

From the Coach who left Joey Graham in tooooo long, to Bosh who was battling a flu and trying to do too much and consequently got slapped with two quick fouls.

let's not forget the crunch time screw ups by
